It's Parang History Month, and what better way to get a lesson on the history of parang than for an up close, live and musical demonstration of the instruments used to create the popular Christmas music? The band Los Amigos Cantadores both entertained and educated the audience gathered at Fiesta Plaza, MovieTowne Trinidad on Wednesday evening, giving details about the unique sounds of instruments such as the mandolin, guitar and maracas.
