Stopped by one of my favorite Des Moines restaurants, @luckylotusdsm, for pad Thai with tofu. David got the after school fried rice with tofu. (Order both without eggs.) They make it so easy to order vegan with symbols on the menu for what can be prepared without animal products. And if you’re ordering online, you can just click the “vegan” box.
