Motor Vehicle VS Pedestrian Fatality On January 22nd at 5:29pm, our deputies responded to a motor vehicle vs. pedestrian collision at 99th St. S and Park Ave. S. It had originally been reported two vehicles were pulled off the side of the road due to a non-injury, non-blocking collision and both drivers were exchanging information. One driver stepped into the roadway to take photos of the damage to his vehicle and was struck by a passing vehicle. The 38 year old male victim was declared deceased
