I used to eat Mat Rock ayam goreng kunyit almost everyday during lunch hour. Just love this simple dish. Always extra sambal and kicap. In this recipe I have mixed the sambal together with chicken. I love that way. But you can add the sambal only when you eat. I have added salt to chicken and sambal. Serve with hot white rice and fried egg. Sprinkle some sweet soya sauce and enjoy.
