Dec 15, 2020 · The core controller is the series x controller but it’s also a new revision of the Xbox one controller (same basic form factor, pretty much the same button layout save for a new SHARE button. I don’t know anything about stadia but I might advise you to go for the regular Xbox one controller, which is compatible with the series x.

Oct 19, 2021 · Recently bought an Xbox controller of Amazon to use on my PC, every ~2 minutes while playing the controller disconnects for a couple of seconds before reconnecting. I already sent it back once, got a new one and have the exact some issues. My Switch Pro Controller works perfectly fine, though. Any ideas what the issue is and how I could fix it?

Xbox Series X controller vs Elite 2 Core controller
It’s heavier and feels like a premium Xbox one controller. While it has the potential to be great it doesn’t really translate to quality be consistent. Definitely get the warranty. I’d just do that with the elite controller and have for a handful. Get the 15 dollar warranty and exchange it back within the next half year when it shits out.

Jun 12, 2023 · When controller is connected to the PC via the cord that comes with the controller it will be recognized within Device Manager as a Xbox one Controller and that is with 6 elite controllers we tested. We were able to connect the controller via Xbox wireless adaptor.

I can confirm that I connected via usb-c and updated the drivers with the Xbox Accessories app. It appears to be detected as a generic bluetooth controller and not xbox controller when connecting only via bluetooth. Jan 4, 2021 · It took a few tries to pair the controller. You have to highlight and hold the pairing button on the core while simultaneously pressing the pairing buttons on the PS5 controller (PS + small button by D pad). Honestly really just wished it came with a wired controller.
