Hey everyone, my last info from the Unreal Engine Automotive Event (23.03) is that the early alpha build is coming this summer (via github). This should not be used for production yet. I'd avoid 5.4, and maybe even 5.5 (depending on release schedule) for locking a project down in. Definitely experiment and what not, but we just need to give these big changes some time to cook.

Don't upgrade your projects to 5.4 before the official release as the features are still in some cases very unstable and experimental. BUT GOOD NEWS! When it comes out, it's gonna have even faster rendering and shader compilation is 2-3x faster.
