I use Total Character Makeover, unlike many other mods I've tried (including the one you named) it's actually the most inclusive, handles everyone in the game as far as I can tell. Practically every other mod neglected the DLC characters.

Aug 31, 2012 · Beautiful looking characters with smooth faces and gentle features. None of that weird-ass gaunt, dirty characters. I've looked, but I can't seem to find whichever mod it is that allows me to make my characters look like this.
Why do people say vanilla character models are ugly?
I like the fact that the characters in Vanilla Skyrim look gritty and distinct. The same goes for a lot of the original design, some mods make Skyrim look too much like a fairytale land (for me).

Dec 1, 2023 · The closest thing to that at the moment is Skyrim on Skooma which can alter visuals (including character models) during some of the drug trips. The mechanics are there if a modder wants to implements them, at the very least.

Sep 3, 2015 · If you want to spend some time setting up female bodies so they're not skimpy, get Windsong Character Overhaul. The thing is, while the Better Males version it has it's functioning, the CBBE one it's outdated as fuck. Get WSCO and CBBE, and also BodySlide. Then, with that (BodySlide), edit the female body to your liking.
