Delete duplicate pst folder set with same content
Apr 23, 2019 · When looking at my folder list, I see 2 folder sets with the same emails. One is my default where I keep all my email, contacts, etc… and the second one is called Personal Folders and shows all my emails as well. When I delete a message from Personal Folders, it is also deleted from my main mailbox. How can I remove this duplicate set of folders?

Nov 20, 2011 · You can drag and drop the received Note attachment directly onto the Notes folder to save it. When you are in the Mail Navigation, you won’t see the Notes folder but you will see the Notes icon at the bottom to select the Notes Navigation.

It doesn't seem to keep a record of what's been synched already i.e.: if I do a send/recieve on a Hotmail Inbox it synchs the whole box - taking 20 minutes or so - but next time I load Outlook up they're all not synched again.
