Feb 21, 2022 · Honda CB250 Nighthawk Owner. My name is Dave, I recently purchased a 2008 Honda CB250 Nighthawk. It had 576 original miles on it from New. It is or appears to be a real cream puff. I have been searching hard, Cycle Trader, Craig's List, Facebook, for a 250cc 4 stroke standard style twin for about 2 years.

Also the weight seems same, the front fork suspension is not 125degrees as in nighthawk, but 110degrees. Then the indian version has a monocross rear suspension!

Mar 26, 2014 · I have a nighthawk 450. I know the bike quite well. I also have a few off-road and MX bikes... The nighthawk 250 may very well be one of the least capable bikes to drive off-pavement ever built! It's heavy, low, bulky, under-powered, gooey suspension, weak brakes - not to mention the cruiser style seating position would murder on the human spine.

Oct 13, 2008 · The Nighthawk was more an upright bike, while the rebel had a lower seat. Both bikes were comfortable, but I felt the Nighthawk would be a better "all around" bike because you could take it into the dirt if you wanted without having to worry so much about rocks.
Nighthawk Running Issues (Carb?) - Adventure Rider
May 28, 2007 · As some of you know, I recently bought Wifey a 1999 Honda Nighthawk 250. It's her starter bike. A nice, forgiving, light weight machine for her to get used to riding. The bike had about 600 miles on it when I bought it and it ran fine. Almost immediately after filling it up with gas, it started having running issues.

Sep 11, 2017 · I had 2 cb 250. Both with disk brake at the front. Then bought a cbf 250 wich is a 249cc as opposed to cb250's 234cc. I must say cbf is stronger, with better suspension and engine but not on par with cb250's built quality. Riding position is also better on cbf but I was happy with both of them Hondas.-zie egret.
Which 250cc motorcycle would you say is better?
Oct 28, 2009 · Yamaha Virago 250 / Vstar 250. Hyosung GV250. Suzuki GZ250. Honda Rebel 250. These are the main 250 bikes I am looking at. I understand the Ninja 250 is by far the best commuter 250cc motorcycle, truth be told I would buy one if not for 2 very important reasons. #1 Its the #1 stolen bike in San Diego county.
1991 Honda Nighthawk CB250 suddenly won't start...help!
Oct 17, 2012 · Many bikes get reluctant to start when the battery gets low. Trickle charge the battery overnight (under 4 amps) and give it a snort of starting fluid. If it doesn't rip right off in the AM you have other issues. Take this one step at a time and don't hesitate to M me if you get stuck. Measure twice, cut once!

I have lost my keys to my 2008 honda nighthawk cb250,and in the process of hot wiring it,touched a lead to ground and pop,blew the 20amp fuse.Ok,no big deal,right?wrong.I rewired another ignition,checked my wires,ignition coils,rectifier,fuses,and as far as I can tell,the relays are fine.but I'm not getting ...
