HyperV Machine Locking Up at 16% CPU Utilization exactly
Apr 13, 2012 · When I'd look at it from it's HyperV host I'd see the CPU was at 16% and it was sitting at the login prompt. Connecting to the server didn't do anything....it just sat non responsive. So I'd power it down, start it back up, and it was fine for a couple days then repeat. This happened about 5 times, every time the CPU utilization said 16%.

Last week I start getting a lot of this errors: The DPM service was unable to communicate with the protection agent on dpmsrv02- (MY SECONDARY DPM). (ID 52 Details: The semaphore timeout period has expired (0x80070079)) and its always secondary dpm. On my primary everything works perfect.

I use the following line of code (((Get-WmiObject Win32_ComputerSystem).UserName).substring(13)) which turns this "TESTDOMAIN01\1234567" into this "1234567" all as expected.

Oct 10, 2011 · We have recently upgraded to Office 2010, and some of our employees have encountered a problem in that when they open a word document which is set up to include merged data form our MS access database, it starts a process of downloading the actual database, rather than just getting data from it as it used to prior to our upgrade.
