Annual Pavement Resurfacing Program in the Town of Clayton. The Town of Clayton maintains its streets through an annual pavement resurfacing and preservation program. Beginning on Monday, July 17, the project will include repaving 5.26 miles of asphalt streets, installing new crosswalks, and replacing ADA ramps.
