Terminator 2: Theatrical, Extended or Directors cut? : r/movies
Eh. I prefer that the terminator naturally learns to become more human instead of being switched into "learn mode". Also the kyle dream scene undermines Sarah's character. After seeing the picture of the terminator she had more than enough motivation and determination to mount her escape. The finale is better in the theatrical cut.
The Terminator or Terminator 2? : r/movies - Reddit
Terminator is the better horror film, and is more impressive in terms of what Cameron was able to do with a small budget. Terminator 2 is the better action movie, and is more impressive in terms of what Cameron was able to do with a large budget. Personally I prefer T2 simply because I think the characterization is better.
I saw Terminator 2: Judgment Day last night, and it was amazing
Jul 4, 2018 · Die Hard 2 had budget of $70 million and grossed $240 million. Die Hard 3 had a budget of $90 million and grossed $366.1 million. Not as big as Terminator 1 to 2. I owned the Extended Edition DVD, the BluRay and the 4K edition. The best looking version is the 4K regular edition, though I personally much prefer the extended edition also available to watch on the same disc for all the stuff added.
I was disappointed by Terminator 2 : r/movies - Reddit
Terminator 2 threw that out the window in stating you can and the "future isn't written'. Which in my opinion started the slippery slope of the Terminator franchise. The male lead and female lead are being stalked by an unstoppable killing machine, much like the Halloween or Friday the 13th films. Terminator 2 is more like an action film.

Unpopular opinion: The Terminator is better than Terminator 2
Terminator 2: Judgement Day is not only the best action movie of the 1990s (a stacked decade, at that), it is basically the invention of 'elevated action' the way we'd get 'elevated horror' 20 years later. T2 is a movie that is about some big, big ideas, exploring predestination, fate, and humanity's drive to destroy itself and asking whether ...
