Enclave soldiers are the main infantry of the Enclave's Department of the Army, and are the toughest, strongest and fastest human enemies that can be faced in Fallout 2. They use a variety of equipment in the field, typically superior to other factions such as the Brotherhood of Steel.

Feb 13, 2017 · Walk along the walls to avoid triggering the Horrigan fight to get to them. I can not speak to them whatsoever. I am doing a melee run so I am really at a disadvantage with Frank + 4-5 soldiers whooping my ass.
