Raw on Netflix debut news. There were huge boos for the Saudi Arabia video package for the Royal Rumble. There were no Main Event or Speed tapings. We were told the unveiling of the ring was a big part of WWE's plans for Raw on Netflix, and getting matches before 5 PM local time wasn't optimal.

Per data published by Netflix, the episode was viewed 5,900,000 times globally from January 6-12, which means an additional one million views were added after the initial two-day viewership number that WWE and Netflix touted. The three-hour episode generated a total of 17,700,000 hours viewed.

With the move of Monday Night Raw to Netflix, WWE executives believed it would be able to expand its viewership globally. One show in and the results indicate a big day for the show's debut on the streaming service.
