Authorities said they have identified a Pembroke man who died in a two-vehicle crash in Norwell Thursday. Jacob Foss, 28, was pronounced dead after the Kawasaki motorcycle he was driving crashed into a Toyota Tacoma truck, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz’s office said.
