President Trump filed a $10-billion lawsuit alleging CBS deceptively edited the Kamala Harris interview. CBS publicly released the transcripts and footage after turning the material over to the FCC.

CBS' editing of its interview last October with Kamala Harris is the centerpiece of the network's dispute with President Donald Trump, who sued the network for $10 billion, contending that it was done to make Harris look good.

Rogan reacted to reports suggesting that his team misled Harris’s campaign about a potential appearance on "The Joe Rogan Experience."

Rogan, a member of the UFC broadcast team as a color commentator since UFC 37.5 in 2002, has scaled back his broadcast work since Mike Goldberg's departure at the end of 2016. At present, the long-time martial arts enthusiast only covers domestic pay-per-view events each year and is no longer assigned to every event.

Missing the show just weeks before Election Day was considered by some analysts as a major setback for Harris's White House bid.
