Iowa Attorney General to prosecute noncitzen voting case in Palo Alto County
PALO ALTO COUNTY, Iowa — Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird announced Tuesday her office will prosecute a non-U.S. citizen over alleged voter fraud. 35-year-old Irving Omar Ahumada Geronimo was arrested and charged with two counts of Election Misconduct in the First Degree.
