Shares of Dixon Technologies rose nearly 5% to a new all-time high after the company announced it is setting up a joint venture with Chinese smartphone maker Vivo.

Dixon Technologies will hold majority stake of 51% in the joint venture, while vivo India will own 49% shares in the entity.

Shares of Dixon Technologies had earlier touched levels of ₹20,000 in 2021, before the company had carried out a stock split, where it divided one share of ₹10 into five shares of ₹2 each.
