The group of Silicon Valley billionaires aiming to create a new city in Solano County said it made new changes to its proposed location to accommodate the needs of nearby Travis Air Force Base.

The fire has grown between 8 to 10 acres as of 10:37 a.m., and the Solano County Sheriff's Office has issued evacuation orders for nearby Fairfield residents. The evacuation map can be found here.
