The Israeli army on Wednesday ordered Palestinian residents in the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip to immediately evacuate ahead of attacks in the area. Military spokesman Avichay Adraee said residents in four areas in the camp must head to what he called a “humanitarian zone,” alleging that rockets were fired from the area.

Palestinian medical officials say an Israeli strike on a home where displaced people were sheltering in the northern Gaza Strip has killed at least 19 people.
