The owner of a vape shop in Auburn has been arrested for allegedly shipping products, marking the first criminal charges filed in New York under a 2020 law.

A vape shop owner from Auburn was arrested on charges that he and his business illegally sold vape juice through the mail, the New York State Department of Health announced on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
