Scattered snow showers have started to fall in parts of the Chicago area Wednesday morning starting, with more possible throughout the day.

As of 6:30 a.m., Illinois Department of Transportation's Illinois winter road conditions map showed areas of blowing snow or ice in counties to the west.

IDOT does not offer livestream feeds of their traffic cameras at this time, but the Getting Around Illinois - Winter Conditions map shows traffic camera photos taken at regular intervals.
