Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter took home the Heisman Trophy Saturday night, beating out Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty. Hunter bested Jeanty 2,231 total points to 2,017 total points, taking home 552 of the 928 first-place votes,

Colorado two-way sensation Travis Hunter has won the 2024 Heisman Trophy, being recognized the most outstanding player in college football for the 2024 season. He outdueled Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty in a competitive race along with quarterback finalists Cameron Ward (Miami) and Dillon Gabriel (Oregon).

Hunter joins the late Rashaan Salaam, who won the Heisman in 1994 with a 2,000-yard rushing season, as CU’s only Heisman winners.
