EUGENE — Ross Douglas was formally announced as Oregon’s new wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator. Douglas, 30, comes to UO from Syracuse, where he spent last season in the same capacity. His hiring was reported last week and Douglas arrived in Eugene earlier this week.
