Prime Minister Narendra Modi Tuesday laid foundation stones of 10 projects including the revised PKC - ERCP mega canal project, and will inaugurate other 15 projects -- with a total investment of Rs 1 lakh crore.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday arrived in Jaipur to participate in the 'Ek Varsh-Parinaam Utkarsh' programme. He inaugurated 24 projects worth over Rs 46,400 crore in Jaipur.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for at least 24 projects worth over Rs 46,300 crore during the event in Jaipur.

PM Modi has also laid the foundation stone for construction work of the Ramgarh Barrage & Mahalpur Barrage as well as the system for the transfer of water from Navnera Barrage to Bisalpur Dam and Isarda Dam through the aqueduct on the Chambal River.

As per the PMO, he is scheduled to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for at least 24 projects worth over Rs 46,300 crore during the 'Ek Varsh-Parinaam Utkarsh' event
