There was some movement in the USA TODAY Tennessee high school basketball boys rankings this week. See the new TSSAA No. 1 teams.

Whitman 27, West Islip 9: Chris Rinaldi led all bowlers with a 761 series and teammate Nathan Lublin added a career-high 705 series for Whitman (6-5) in Suffolk I. Aiden Gargiulo rolled a 636 series for West Islip (5-7).

Standouts from Bartlett, Memphis Business Academy, Power Center Academy, Rossville Christian and Whitehaven are up for consideration. Voting ends at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23.

While this is only the third edition of the High School on SI Arkansas boys basketball rankings of the 2024-2025 season, this week saw the most movement yet.
