GRAND RAPIDS, MI – A man with a gun was shot and killed by Grand Rapids police officers late Friday near a downtown hospital. The fatal shooting happened just after 10:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, when officers received calls that a person was brandishing a gun near Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital, Grand Rapids police said.
