Tyler Adams says Bournemouth believe “anything is possible” after moving to within one point of the Champions League places following Saturday’s win over in-form Newcastle United. Bournemouth won 4-1 at St James’ Park following a Justin Kluivert hat-trick and stoppage-time goal from Milos Kerkez to extend their unbeaten run in the Premier League to 10 matches.

Justin Kluivert scored his second hat trick of the season in the Premier League to inspire Bournemouth to a 4-1 victory at Newcastle, whose nine-match winning run in all competitions came to an end emphatically on Saturday.

Kluivert's second and third goals were self-inflicted as Guimaraes and Anthony Gordon lost possession in the build-up, before Milos Kerkez rubbed further salt into the Magpies' wounds in second-half stoppage time. It was a chastening defeat for Newcastle boss Eddie Howe, against the club where he was revered as a player and manager.
