Wisconsin safeties coach Alex Grinch was named the new defensive coordinator at UCF on Tuesday. Grinch departs after one season with the Badgers. He was previously the defensive coordinator at USC (2022-2023) and Oklahoma (2019-2021) under head coach Lincoln Riley.
