CVPD officers discovered a black and silver 2005 Suzuki GSXR1000 crashed after the rider hit the center median while traveling westbound on the road.

A 31-year-old motorcycle rider was injured and his 31-year-old passenger was killed in a motorcycle crash in Ramona on Wednesday, a California Highway Patrol officer said. The Harley Davidson collided with the rear of a Range Rover on northbound state Route 67 at Dye Road around 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, Officer Jasmine Lopez said in a news release.
