Authorities say they captured a man wanted in the killing of a Wisconsin woman and two girls. The Juneau County Sheriff’s Office said on Facebook that the suspect was arrested Thursday.

According to the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office, Virgil Thew, a man wanted in connection to a triple homicide, is in custody. The arrest ends an over week-long manhunt for Thew, who was wanted in connection with the deaths of an adult and two children in New Lisbon.

Law enforcement authorities in Wisconsin have arrested and charged a man they believe killed two juveniles and an adult in late December. The New Lisbon Police Department confirmed it had arrested 47-year-old Virgil Thew after an 11-day search.
