A winter storm will bring severe weather across Hawaii beginning on Thursday, with impacts expected until Saturday morning.
People in 13 states were warned of heavy snow and hazardous travel on Friday as multiple winter storms threaten.
Hawaiian Electric reported approximately 10,800 customers were still out of power on Oahu, Hawaii Island, and Maui County.
Heavy rain and instability will linger over Maui and Hawaii Island most of Friday and that may mean a First Alert Weather Day to stay up for the eastern end of the state along with a flood watch.
