Rockets head coach Ime Udoka said Saturday that Smith will not have surgery on his fractured left hand, Danielle Lerner of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Houston's Jabari Smith Jr. is still expected to be out for another 3-6 weeks but decision to skip surgery isn't a factor in return.
