The Titans, who began as the Houston Oilers, last wore their throwback uniforms during their last home game against the Texans last season. Houston's newer NFL franchise won that game in overtime.

The Titans hadn't worn their Columbia Blue Oilers uniforms yet this season, instead saving them for when the Houston Texans come to town.

As the Texans hope to end the campaign on a high note ahead of a postseason run, the Titans are looking to do everything possible to get in their way. These efforts are far from subtle, as the team plans to wear their old Houston Oilers look as they host the city they once called home.
