The recent hiring of Aaron Glenn as the New York Jets’ head coach marks the beginning of a new era for the team. Glenn, who arrives after serving as the defensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions, faces one of the team’s biggest challenges: determining Aaron Rodgers’ future as the starting quarterback.

Alex Anzalone, a linebacker, has played under Glenn in all eight of his NFL seasons and says the Jets are getting a no-nonsense coach who "knows when to push people" and also when "to uplift" them.
