Taylor Sheridan’s latest show, “Landman,” closed out its debut season on Sunday night, and many fans are already wondering what's next.

The actor speaks with The Hollywood Reporter about his oil tycoon's ending, the viral Jerry Jones scene and lessons learned for when the show likely returns: "There’s going to be a lot of wreckage to clean up.

“Landman” is co-created and executive produced by Sheridan and Christian Wallace, who wrote and hosted the Texas Monthly’s podcast “Boomtown,” which the series is based on. The series premiered on Paramount+ in November 2024 and wrapped its 10-episode run on Jan. 12.

Taylor Sheridan has scored another hit with the TV show Landman, which concluded on Sunday night amid record-breaking ratings. The Paramount+ drama—starring Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Ali Larter and Jon Hamm—is the latest from Sheridan, who co-created the hit show with Christian Wallace.
