Mark A. King, 64, who was born in Old Town, worked for Ocean Properties Ltd. for more than 40 years and came to be known by colleagues as "Mr. Fix It."

Another earthquake was recorded in Maine, but this one was more than 250 miles from the quake that rocked southern Maine last month. The 2.5 magnitude earthquake was centered 21 miles northwest of Millinocket. Its recorded depth was about 6.6 miles. The U.S. Geological Survey says four people reported feeling the earthquake.
