A bill in the Florida Legislature could set the stage for the return of an Amtrak service which has not been directly connected to Orlando since 2005.

NEW ORLEANS — Heads up for drivers who commute the Florida Avenue Bridge in New Orleans, the bridge will be reduced to a single as it undergoes repairs. Thursday, Mar.6 and Friday, Mar. 7, traffic will be down to one lane while crews make repairs to the bridge.
