Chicago requested to interview both Detroit Lions' coordinators, Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn. The Bears also put in a request to interview Dallas Cowboys' head coach Mike McCarthy, which Dallas reportedly shut down according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Pete Carroll, the former Seattle Seahawks head coach and Super Bowl champion, is officially back in the NFL coaching conversation. According to ESPN’s Dan Graziano, Carroll is set to interview with the Chicago Bears for their vacant head-coaching position on Thursday.

In addition to Carroll, the Bears have already requested interviews with Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Drew Petzing, Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn and Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver.
