ST. MICHAEL, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The Spirit Lake Tribal Council is issuing a retraction after a deadly shooting on the reservation Tuesday. Officials initially reported three people were killed. However, after receiving updated information from law enforcement, they say only two victims have died. A third remains in critical condition.
