The third and last Twenty20 between South Africa and Pakistan has been washed out in Johannesburg. Match officials waited two hours after the scheduled late-afternoon start on Saturday before abandoning the game without a ball bowled.

In the first two T20Is, Pakistan failed to defeat the hosts, with the latter already leading the series by 2-0.

South Africa has won a bilateral Twenty20 cricket series for the first time in more than two years after it chased down Pakistan’s 206 in Centurion.
