Kelly began his NFL talent evaluation career in 2007 as a scout with the Denver Broncos and worked his way up to assistant director of pro personnel with the franchise.

Former Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert is set to join the Las Vegas Raiders on a one-year deal, according to Jordan Schultz of FOX Sports. Mostert, 32, joined the Dolphins as a free agent in 2022 after a six-season stint with the San Francisco 49ers where his career blossomed under the tutelage of coach Mike McDaniel.

The Miami Dolphins and the Las Vegas Raiders are switching backfields, as Alexander Mattison has signed with the Dolphins. Earlier in the day, Raheem Mostert agreed to sign with the Raiders. Mattison played in 14 games for the Raiders last season and started in seven of them,
