Mayor Cherelle Parker said five people are still hospitalized following a fatal medical jet crash in Northeast Philadelphia, three of whom are in critical condition.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) - A woman said her sister has been missing since the medical jet crash in Philadelphia. While no one in her family has seen or heard from her since the plane went down, she is still holding on to hope that her sister will be found.

Investigators have also located the aircraft's black box, CBS reports. It could provide clues into the cause of the crash.

The NTSB said a preliminary report, to be released within a month, will contain "factual information" gathered in the investigation.
