The Green Bay Packers entered Sunday night's matchup with the Seattle Seahawks owning just a 1-4 record against teams with a winning record this season, hungry to rebound from a shootout loss to the rival Detroit Lions.

The Seahawks’ comeback efforts were hampered late by the loss of starting quarterback Geno Smith. Smith exited in the third quarter with a knee injury and was replaced by Sam Howell, who was largely ineffective. Six of Seattle’s seven drives operated by Howell ended with either a punt or a turnover.

The Packers have the bad luck of being in the NFC North with the 12-2 Lions an 11-2 Vikings. They’d run away with a few other divisions.
