Chicago is experiencing dangerous cold weather with "astonishing" temperatures, as wind chills plunge as low as -23°F, posing significant risks to residents, according to a pricing culture analysis provided to Newsweek.
Cold weather advisory with dangerous wind chills in effect for Chicago area
National Weather Service officials issued a cold weather advisory in effect until 2 p.m. Tuesday for portions of central, east-central and northeast Illinois as well as northwest Indiana.
