An arrest has been made in connection with a non-fatal shooting at Wendy's over cold fries. According to Law & Crime, 25-year-old Monjah D. James-Wooten now currently faces charges of assault after a January 6 shooting between a group he was with and a Wendy's employee.

A customer who was allegedly upset about his Wendy's fries being cold shot an employee who retaliated by pulling out a gun and shooting back.

A Wendy’s employee was shot by a customer in an argument over cold fries, Kentucky authorities say. The shooting happened Jan. 6 inside of a Wendy’s on Dixie Highway in Louisville and led to the arrest of 25-year-old Monjah James-Wooten, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
