About 150 animals will be flown to Fort Worth on Sunday to join their foster families here. They're being transferred to make room for pets displaced by wildfires.

All eyes were on the runway at Fort Worth's Meacham airport Sunday for a very special arrival: two planes filled with passengers—the kind with four legs.

Two cargo planes landed on the Texas Jet tarmac in Fort Worth on Sunday afternoon packed with four-legged evacuees from Southern California. The 161 dogs and 15 cats inside had been through multiple disasters.
