The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled out wide receiver George Pickens, safety DeShon Elliott, and defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi for the team’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Pickens is missing his second straight game after suffering a grade 2 hamstring strain last Thursday in practice.
