A former student and resident at The Talmudical Academy, a Jewish boarding school in County, filed a lawsuit against the school over claims of sexual abuse in the 1970s.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez was convicted of first-degree murder, first-degree rape, third-degree sex offense and kidnapping, prosecutors said.
