While the older God of War games are some of the best that PlayStation has to offer, no one would blame you for not enjoying them, as they are somewhat dated. There's an alternative order that can ease you into the God of War universe: playing the Norse Saga before the Greek Saga.

The biggest news is that Sony is bringing Ragnarök to PS Plus. The sequel to 2018's God Of War, Ragnarök is a bigger and often better open-world action game that tells an epic story about the end of the world, gods fighting each other, and a father learning to let his son grow up. It’s a great game and its nice to see it make the leap to PS Plus.

More than a dozen new games have been added to PlayStation Plus this January, including God of War: Ragnarok and Grand Theft Auto V.

Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog additions for January. They include God of War Ragnarök, Sayonara Wild Hearts, Citizen Sleeper and Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.

PlayStation Plus is adding more titles to its Game Catalog in January, and the list includes some heavy hitters. God of War Ragnarok leads the list, letting subscribers who never bought the sequel continue on Kratos and Atreus' adventure as they try to prevent the Norse apocalypse.

January is already half over, but Sony is still adding games to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue. New additions include God of War: Ragnarök, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand,

PlayStation has revealed January’s batch of PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe games and it’s a great month to kick off the year with God of War: Ragnarok, Like A Dragon Gaiden and Sayonara Wild Hearts on the Extra side and one of my favourite games in Medievil 2 on the Deluxe side.
